Matthew 6:5-13

Alex wrapped up the Prayer series - “ACTS: A Blueprint of Prayer” - focusing on the last element: Supplication.

Why pray and ask if God already knows what we want? 

1. Asking is one of our parts of forging the relationship with God
2. Asking expresses our hearts for transformation
3. Asking is a part of how God runs and changes the universe.

Here are 6 ways you could get started with prayers of supplication.

1. Try a phrase of the Lord’s prayer daily
2. Try dedicated time for prayer
3. Try journaling (really!)
4. Try a prayer list
5. Try a prayer calendar
6. Try a prayer-walk with gravel or grass
