School Supplies Drive for Pittsboro Elementary

Over the past several weeks, we've been collecting school supplies to donate to Pittsboro Elementary. Thanks for your generosity!

If you haven't had a chance to help out, there's still time. Click here for a list of supplies needed.

While you're out shopping, please pick up one or two items and then bring them with you on Sunday morning. We're delivering them to Pittsboro Elementary on Monday, August 24th.

Back to School Blessing Bash

On Sunday, August 23rd we'll also do a blessing for all the students and teachers here in our community.

Then, while parents are doing the Connection Celebration (see below), we'll have activities for the kids to play and celebrate going back to school.

Just in: this year we'll have bounce houses and party-palooza in the gym for the kids to celebrate going back to school!

Connection Celebration

Two key ways we connect around here: small groups and serving on a team. Every fall we encourage folks who haven't yet connected here in one of those two places to find your place at Chatham Community Church.

After each service on August 23rd in the lobby there will be tables with small group leaders available to talk with you about their small group and and one table where you can connect with volunteer opportunities.

Plan on getting connected with CCC this fall!

Youth Group Fall Kick-Off at Jordan Lake

The night-cap event for Fall Launch on August 23rd is at Jordan Lake for Middle and High School students, who will be engaging in an epic and fun night of games as we kick off our school year.

Meet at the Chatham Mills Ministry Space (480 Hillsboro St. Suite 110 Pittsboro, NC 27312) at 3:45 and carpooling over to Jordan Lake. We'll have a fun time swimming, playing games, snacks and connecting with each other. Back at Chatham Mills at 6:15. All middle school and high school students are invited.
