Leadership Team
As a new church, our leadership team continues to take shape. In 2008, we will transition from the launch stage to the development stage (see chart below). These dates and descriptions provide a general guideline as God raises up leaders who will help us fulfill our mission of leading people to Jesus and helping them take the next steps in following Him.
Development Stage (2008):
- Staff (adding at least one minister in 2008)
- Steering Team (with potential elders in Elder Training Program)
- Deacon Team (Ministry Teams and Leaders)
- Finance Team (budget preparation, policy recommendations, financial review)
Building Stage (2009):
