When churches invite people to give, it elicits a variety of reactions. For some, this is a natural and normal part of how they worship. For others, it's uncomfortable. If you're new here or have had experiences with churches who handled money poorly, we want to give you space to get to know us.
We take seriously our stewardship of the gifts given here. Our budget is completely transparent and available here: Chatham Church Budget.
As you consider giving, please know that we want you to be healthy financially as well as spiritually. If you're struggling financially, under the weight of a lot of debt, or just need help getting a budget together and sticking with it, we've got experienced financial counselors and coaches who would love to help you. Contact Alex (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get in touch with one of them.
We have a mission to engage all of Chatham county with the good news of Jesus' love and to connect people to God and to each other.
If you're excited about that mission, we invite you to join us in giving financially to make it happen. If you're still checking things out, you're welcome to do so without any pressure to give whatsoever.
